Fastset 60/700 Three-knife Trimmer

The 60/700 Three-knife Trimmer is capable of matching a digital printer's make-ready speed, flexibility and productivity. Specifically designed for book on demand print production, the 60/700 three knife trimmer operates with equal efficiency inline or offline.

Control technology, all-round performance and functional efficiency are state of the art. Changing the trim size is fully automatic and takes only 5-10 seconds when the data matrix barcode reader is deployed. Standard, regularly produced book sizes can be stored in the Fastset’s memory.

Firstly, by carefully controlled book block handling throughout the trimming process, so as to preserve the spine quality of the finished book. Secondly and unlike some other three-knife trimmers, by trimming the book square to the spine.
