SBG 20/600 Stitcher Binder Guillotine

Providing the performance and accuracy dictated by the print industry, the 20/600 Stitcher Binder Guillotine will increase not only your output, but also your finishing capabilities.

From a flat sheet input size of 1mm to 20mm thick, 150mm to 500mm long, 165mm to 300mm wide, corner stitch, middle stitch, three stitch, front trim and intertrim and you can add accessories to increase the input options even further. Cheque books, vouchers, lottery tickets, manuals, pads, the 20/600 Stitcher-Binder-Guillotine can finish them all and with book size changeover time in less than five minutes. Two Hohner or Bostitch heads are fitted as standard, but up to five can be fitted on a single stitcher unit. Stitch and cut position is precise to under .2 of a mm.

The binding section folds impact tape around the folio to produce a sharp, square spine no matter what the thickness. The in-feed section can be operator-fed, but is also interactive with all printers. Optional folio feeders are also available with the capacity of holding up to 39 pre-collated folios, allowing one operator the freedom to also stock/box output stock. The display panel advises the operator of book size selected, font, folio trim option, interim option, number of books in folio, position of stitching heads, together with the total folios/books produced. An optional high-precision measuring device, which is accurate to one sheet of paper, confirms folio thickness prior to stitching. The impact tape used on the binding system is easily available around the world in over 25 colours.
