The Wilstead Folio Feeder

Whilst specifically designed to operate with the Wilstead SBG20/600 cheque book finishing line, the Folio Feeder can operate with most print finishing equipment and envelopers.

The Folio Feeder enables continuous production of over 1000 folios per hour. 39 pockets continously transport pre-collated folios/finished books to the infeed section of the print finishing equipment. A variable speed unit is incorporated into the Folio Feeder to control input.

The Folio Feeder enables a single operator to both load and receive output stock. Once the operator has loaded folios/finished books into the Folio Feeder, three to four minutes are available for the operator to box/stock output stock. The operator then returns to the Folio Feeder to load further folios/books.

Maximum folio/book thickness: 12mm.
